 Though started off with only four promoters, today the group is moving in leaps and bounds to sustain, employ and prepare a team of hard core professionals for all its businesses. To its core are the promoters of the company:
Girish Dhanuka
A simple yet hard working human being, he has been instrumental in laying the foundation of this group. Through all the ups and downs of life, he managed to provide a platform to his sons in a form of piece of land at Jaipur. He bravely fought all the odds of the life and at the crucial junction of life was able to convert the opportunity in success. Today he is working as a mentor to the whole group and the binding force behind the group diversity.
Yogesh Dhanuka
A commerce graduate, a keen reader and expert of law especially related to Land revenue and Real Estate. His expertise in legal matters and liaison has been a cornerstone of the Real Estate company growth. Along with legal expertise he is also looking after construction activity. His socializing nature, networking capabilities has made sure that all the construction activities move smoothly and effectively.
Peeyush Dhanuka
Graduate in Arts, Post Graudate in Information Technology, is spearheading the marketing of the Real Estate company. His systematic approach includes budgeting the marketing plan, using it wisely, and converting in to sales has remained effective even during the highest point of economic depression. Other than marketing he is also looking after construction activity. He is also looking after the Modular Kitchen business of the group.
Hitesh Dhanuka
A Chartered Accountant by profession, he is the financial wizard of the whole group. He makes sure that every penny is counted and accounted for a purpose. His policy of making sure financial closure of any project in its first 3 months of starting has resulted in delivering projects on time. He is responsible for managing the financial health of the whole group. Other than this he looks after the group's interest in Pharmaceuticals business.
